Thank You For Destination Weddings

The daily and spirituality

Meditation is often an activity that is limited to a specific period of time, in a quiet, silent, free from daily distractions. It creates an artificial space, detached from the tide of life, to better meet, come into itself, to silence, to silence the flow of our thoughts, our emotions calm down, etc.. In short, it create a kind of bulwark against the natural flow of life. It may be useful to create this artificial space to begin the meditation that helps build our relationship with our mind. If we stay away by the flow of everyday life, we can hardly do so. But do not limit the meditation space-limited time in our lives. We must quickly learn to meditate in the hubbub of the world. What do we do when we meditate on? I would say that we learn to develop a global attention to be unfolding (in itself and beyond itself, even if this division is losing its meaning). And attention overall is love. This love is the water that nourishes be. Consider an example: I'm at work and someone comes to speak about something that does not (at work or in life). How will I be present to this person? How do I present to people who do me the honor to come to me? Someone who just talk to me is someone who recognizes my existence ... my being. It's a lot. I can be inwardly grateful to him and recognize his being in return, the entirety of his being. I'll listen overall. Be sensitive and open to whatever's being said to me: his words, his body, his emotions, his body energy, his soul. If he tells me sick, I pray for inner healing. If he tells me about the rain and time, I will be sensitive to her. I will pray. So he can continue to flourish. Play generally someone is him - and me - can be completely. It will give birth to each other.

When someone tells me about a problem is that it sends a request (prayer) to the universe. I'm so one ear to the universe for it to hear this soul and he responds.
